Welcome to the Web site for First Baptist Church of Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Founded in 1836, First Baptist Church is one of the oldest existing organizations in Arkansas, and she remains a vital and active community of faith and service today.

Our mission statement is a simple one: Called to Care for God, for others, and for the world.

Our ministry fleshes out this vision with a strong commitment to worship, fellowship, and witness in both local and global venues. At First Baptist Church we are committed to share the light and love of Christ with as many people as we can in as many places as we can as long as God gives us opportunity.

Our church family is composed of people from every age and from a variety of backgrounds.  We enjoy hosting and interacting with an Hispanic Mission that meets within our facility.  At First Baptist Church we are known for our spirit of love and caring and for the warm welcome we extend to all that come through our doors.

We encourage you to come on over and visit with us! We trust that you'll find a warm smile, firm handshake, and a gentle hug to greet you!  Give us a call if you need more information.  Thanks for stopping by and we hope to see you  soon!

Blessings, John McCallum
